3. Obedience and punishment: In my job, I would not steal. Not just because of getting fired or in jail but because of the morals my parents have taught me. Instrumental stage: In my work environment, I never thought about doing things to get my way with others. Interpersonal stage: In this stage, I have not taken inconsideration of giving up my sick days, but however I do use them unexpectedly. Law and order stage: in my job, I follow all rules, but however I do take sick days when I’m not sick Usually when I take the days it is because I need a break. Social contract stage: I follow all rules at all times within the workplace.

Moral intelligence: Integrity, Responsibility, Forgiveness, and Compassion

Integrity: My managers have values that I believe in but standing up for what is right is a different situation.

Responsibility: We have some managers in the workplace that takes responsibilities but some take the other option of running.

Forgiveness: Mistakes in the workplace they discuss them with you and help to better you.

Compassion: All of the managers care about the employees.

4. Organizational interest principle is all about the organization. Utilitarian benefits you and everybody else. It’s about the individuals. They are alike because with organizational interests principle the people make up the organization.

5. You consider everyone that is involved as relating to the group is how they are alike. I don’t think they are different.

8. The figures of Generation Y are not so good. They have the lowest percentage of numbers who think they are ethical. If you ask individually 58 percent they are ethical. 58 and 22 percent is a big gap from them judging each other to them judging their selves....
