We all have a dream to one day be able to own our own home. But has the economy affected the Home Building Industry and if so what can we do to change the problem and is the government part of the problem. The Home Building market has has its up and it’s down.

The Region Home Building states that the U.S. Census Bureau has show that only 620 building permits for single-family homes were issued thought the month of October which is down my 23 percent from the same 10 mother last year. Home building is 62 percent down from 2004.2004 was a perk year for the industry. The reason for that is because the homes have become more difficult to sell.
