Essential of Management

Wht does spirituality mean to you.?I find this term gets tossed around many different contexts but what does it mean to you if you were to describe yourself as a'Spiritual' person? For me, it's seeing God (or whatever you want to call it) in all things and all people and knowing that we are all connected through love as we all come from the same source. We are all equal but yet so different, unique expressions of the same power.. Spirituality also means to me being a giver putting others before myself and being a putting others before myself and being a source of light and love to the world Whether it's as simple as making someone smile or feel better or giving charity.. As well as others, it is also loving myself and respecting my greatness and knowing that as a emanation of source I am more than I myself, I am disrespecting the power that myself, I am disrespecting the power that created me instead of glorifying it in my thoughts and day to day conduct It keeps my grounded in the awareness that everything is happening perfectly and for a reason and everything that happens is a chance to grow, that pain is often a blessing and an encouragement for us to grow , evolve and 'Play big. Also, to be aware of my ego and try to go beyond it when ever I have that gut feeling of 'I have to be right' 'I have to be better' 'I have to prove myself' It is also following my Jewish faith in service to God.
