FOREWORD BY USMAN KHALID:

This case study is dedicated to the efforts of the students of sections C, D and E of the sixth semester of the BBA program at Bahria University1 (who I have had the honor of teaching Change Management), the gracious support of their families, the tireless commitment of the caretakers of the Saint Joseph’s Hospice2 and above all the exemplary resilience of its patients. As reader, I leave it to your sound judgment whether these students in particular were able to make meaningful change or not. Regardless, I am immeasurably proud of and grateful to all of them for what I believe to be a remarkable achievement at many levels of change management.

Usman Khalid3 established Aspire Nurturing Potential in November 2007 after resigning from a multinational bank operating in Pakistan.
