The web site that I had choosen for the capestone discussion question was West Michigan Tourist Association and is found on the web at wmta.org. I use this site to find places for me and my family to visit and it is loaded with a lot of information. This site was designed to give users a place to search for vacation destinations in West Michigan and the tools needed to plan a great one. This page has some links in the lower left that allows for the user to search for kid and pet friendly locations as well. When clicking the pet friendly link it will also give motels that allow you to bring that addition to your family. It also gives locations of parks and things to do with your pets. They do this because nowadays people would rather bring their dogs with them then leave them in a kennel somewhere and not know what anxiety’s they are going through. When these links are clicked on there is a box that opens on the left that has a sub menu with additional links for user viewing. This menu box is on every page on this site so there is no backing out of a page all you need to do is click again and you are right back to the previous page. If you click on a top link then there are sub menu links on the left. So say it is the Things to do link the box opens and there is a link for attractions. If you click on that there are other links to click and a box opens in the center to do a search by name, city or region. Once you open a link like family fun there is an Alpha Character link page that opens and all you need to do is click on the first letter of the name and if it is on their it will bring you to it. Once on the page it will give you the link to the business and if you click on it a window will open up and you can view the site to see if it is something you might want to do. When done just exit the window and you are right back to the site. Addition to the web page link there is information about the place of interest such as their address and phone number. This site...
