14th June 2010: “The Big Day” had come! Got admitted to SOIL as a new journey was on the cards, MBA as you call it! With eyes full of dreams, mind full of questions, to experience a voyage of a lifetime!

Let me take you back to Mid-Feb 2010, on a sunny day at around 11 am in the morning, I was browsing net and luckily typed “SOIL” on lifeline of modern world, “Google” as you call it!

To my utter surprise, I got to see this “amazing logo” of an institute “SOIL-School of Inspired Leadership”.

It drew my attention straight away, without a doubt after browsing the website I was deeply impressed. That day, I just sat down and asked myself a question” What is that one thing that I feel can change the world around me?” I just had one answer to it “LEADERSHIP”.

To cut the long story short, I got inspired by SOIL’s Vision, Mission and Value System and landed up at my Dream Destination!

Getting back to the “Zero-day”, 14th June: From Registration process to the Ice Breaking Sessions at SOIL everything was impactful. Albeit, all the while this was happening around me, I could just experience one thing, none other than “Teamwork”! So, I was wondering what does this word “Leadership” signifies here, with my eyes wide open searching the precise answer. My inquisitiveness was getting on me and the yearning for learning had reached its pinnacle.

With thoughts floating in my mind, impatiently I just stepped down the ladder from 4th floor and reached the Ground floor. I was just passing by the corridor and this board caught my attention” Can an unconventional setting in a classroom change your life forever?” Wow! That sounded something man.

Immediately, I just skimmed the board and got my answers for all what had happened throughout that day, “Teamwork as I said”, I smiled and went back to the room (4th floor). By then, I had made up my mind that plenty would be in offering to my plate, I just have to play the waiting game to get my questions answered, and after all it was...
