The data base programs and customer relationship software tools have created new concept of relationship in workplaces. The Customer Relationship Management is not just a tool, but rather a comprehensive approach to an organization's philosophy in dealing with its customers. The motive behind such management philosophy is to attract the customer and hold him as per his desires up to their satisfaction. The MIC co. (Moody International Certification) is an audit company for quality management systems that is called Certification Body. Center office of MIC is located in UK and it contracts with prominent international certifiers such as UKAS and TGA DAHR. The company is having branches at non-Europe countries like Iran that, standardize industrial centers such as productive factories. Their main function is to qualify factories and certificate international standards for them. Quality Control confirmation means standardize processes that affect on providing services and products. The MIC branch in Iran needed a private version of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to eliminate time killer and costly paper works and contact with his partners and customers through the software.
