War of Talent

The main asset of any sustainable multinational company is its people. These people have to have the right qualifications, true dynamic, and they need to adapt to the company culture. Furthermore, they need to enjoy and make to others colleagues enjoy working for these mega companies.

As there is a continuous change in our life, in demography, social habits and a revolution in work place, these are creating difficulties to find the right person for the right job in the right place. In addition talent is becoming a scarce material. Organizations have to react to preserve their resources and intensively search for the capable people that can contribute to the overall values of the company.

Traditional inflexible companies are becoming unattractive. They are behind in managing their talents and also sometimes they are not aware about the mine of knowledge and leadership that they have internally.

Different studies have demonstrated that companies that are dealing accordingly with their current and potential talents are delivering better results and values for the shareholder and for their employee. They are building a sustainable path to overcome any change in the market and the business.

Frequently, there is a gap between the awareness of the talent that exist in a group, and the needs for these potentials. Often, these exceptional people are discovered after that they left the original company. These companies are paying the high price of being passive toward retaining their capital. Another gap exists between the efforts that companies are doing to attract external talents and to develop internal talents. Essentially, this is due to underperformed managers that are creating dissatisfaction for the motivated people, which feel blocked and incapable to perform as they would like.
