Why it’s Difficult to Find a Job Nowadays?

About a decade ago, university students could find satisfactory and enviable jobs after their graduation. But now, things are different. Today’s university students usually have much pressure in finding fairly good jobs. They always say disappointedly that graduation means joblessness. Why nowadays university students have so much pressure in finding jobs?

Nowadays, more and more graduates rush out into the job hunting market, which doesn’t need such a great demand.  That's the main reason why students find it's a tough time for searching a job, not alone a good job.

And also, I think that the majority of graduates would rather go to big cities than try their fortune in small ones. In fact, not all the people fit into the life of big cities. High living cost in big cities is also a big problem to new graduates. To some extent, the pressures come from high daily living expenses maybe greater than the pressures come from the job itself. So, why not try small cities? Graduates can spare more energy for work.

Otherwise, many new graduates focus on big companies for high-paying position and they also think it's easier to improve themselves. But the fact is, relative high paycheck means more pressure and getting a promotion is more difficult than in small ones. Pressure is motivation, but in the long term, too much pressure definitely is dangerous to health. Therefore, the newly graduate should have a clear self-knowledge of personal ability before making a decision where to work and what job is fit for him.
