RTA Procedures
To bring up RTA

Go to Start button
Programs
RTA (you can also make a shortcut for yourself. Right click and select Create Shortcut when going thru your Start button, Programs, RTA) (as shown on the picture)

1. Logging On
Once you pull RTA up you will get a box to Login:
[pic]These are the same as your log in to the computer.
The RTA servers for all the sites are as follows:
Albuquerque, NM- 169.164.30.140
Florence, KY- 169.164.34.83
Gray, TN- 10.121.117.22
Hagerstown, MD- 169.163.171.119
Irving, TX- 10.120.4.244
Jacksonville, FL- 135.53.26.3
Kansas City, MO- 169.163.129.184
Pencader, DE- 10.120.218.214
Sioux Falls, SD- 169.164.4.210

Another pop-up will appear:

Click Add:

In the Name field type the site Name, EX: Jax, FL
In the IP address field type the IP address for that site, EX: 135.53.26.3
Check the box that says Use Name.
Click ok.
Then click close on the next box.
You will be back at the user login.
[pic] Type in your user name and password in the login box, this is the same as your log in to the computer
If its your first time to login, a box may pop up asking if you want to open an existing file or new file. If it’s your first time you want to pick new file.
A blank RTA screen will appear. Like you see below.

2. Setting Up RTA
Go up to View- Employee Selections, once it pulls up it takes a few seconds to load. Next open the LDR-UM drop down, then open your site or site you are setting up drop down and check all the teams for that site. Click ok.
Go to file and click new, a window will pop up asking you if you want Activity or Schedule window, you’ll want to pull up one of each for your team and one of each for every department (unit) in your site(s).
