I have choose "Renting an apartment may be a better option than buying a house". Because my point of views is that people need to know the advantages of renting and buying a house. The advantages that I found most important were the questions, which one is better financial? What advantages do I have by renting a house rather than just buying one? These are the questions you need to ask yourself when trying to make an important decision such as whether you should rent an apartment or home or buy it. Not always will the answer be simple and most of the time they will need some extra thinking time but the outcome is generally what is going to be best for you and your lifestyle.

I find it is hard for people to decides whether or not they should buy a house or just rent an apartment or house. In my essay I want to accomplish that when a person is trying to make a decision they need to take into account a lot of different factors. These will include whether or not they have a family or if they plan on having one anytime soon. Most of the time if a person has a family they will want something that has a lot of space especially if they have young children. I know with my family I like to have room for my kids to grow and a place to call home and somewhere they can come home to no matter what.
