Career Management Plan:

InterClean/EnviroTech Career Management Plan for New Employees

Introduction:

At InterClean/Envirotech the goal is to encourage growth and career development for all employees by giving employees a development plan to follow as they progress throughout the company. This report will outline the management plan for the new employees since the merger of Interclean/Envirotech and will cover several of the development aspects that all new employees will go through such as how feedback is given, opportunities, compensation & benefits, and expectations of all new employees.

Training:

As new employees begin employment & training, they will be given self assessments to complete to get a sense of their strengths and weaknesses so that managers will have an analysis of each new employee to better set their start goals. They will also take inventory skills assessment to show their interests, personality and competencies as these intangibles are considered to have affects on employee’s production.

Set a goal:

Managers will then identify a development path and goals based on employee’s assessments. The development plan is to give employees a transition period to become acclimated with their new jobs, to build a consistency on the job, and to get familiar with all the processes and procedures for their day to day expectations. Employees will be provided with feedback regarding their errors and will be able to dispute or discuss any discrepancies on the job/training. Feedback will also be given through weekly huddles and team meetings to recap production and for employees to have an opportunity to make corrections or modifications to production once feedback is received.
