17th Email (CVENT) to General Members (Tickets on sale now of $350 each refundable with $50 Cancellation fee) (Limit 350)

There will also be Monthly blog, Bi-weekly Facebook and Tweeter post. All of them will cover topic specific to conference including (NetIP and Conference history, Conference related topics)

2nd Uses weekly newsletter to mention the conference tickets for members.

6th Conference Call with the entire team to share the progress ticket selling

16th NetIP Newsletter reminding people only 2 weeks left to purchase tickets

for member price.

23rd Local Chapter newsletter will mention option to purchase tickets for

Friends and family at member price until all sold (350 tickets priced at $350)

26th Conference Call with the entire team to share the progress ticket selling
