When looking at our presence on Kava we must go through a series of decisions that have to be made and implemented in order to make our presence known and effective. Decision making is the process in which we take our perceived goals and tasks and find ways to implement them affectively while also coming up with correct choices and applications for these goals and tasks to be achieved. While there are many different methods we could use to implement decision making in our move to Kava as well as making a larger presence there we must consider what style of decision making would be the most effective for us to use, and in our current standing as a larger business we must look at the rational style of decision making because many of our larger decisions will be based upon managerial rationalization.

The reason for this method of decision making being the most effective in our situation is that this will be a new extension of our company in an area that most definitely could use us there not only as a business but as a new outlook on professional and managerial ethics. Many of the decisions that will be made in our future will be those of the managerial departments in the company whether it be based upon human resources, accounting or productivity. The importance of making these decisions in particular will be to know how we want our various managerial and store departments to be run and what types of ethics as well as cultural interests we will need to keep in mind and asserted into our daily behavior. With a rational managerial decision making process it should be easily perceived with an open mind and planned out carefully and catering to our business setting.

As earlier stated we will need to keep in mind the ethical and cultural values of Kava while also keeping in mind our own business ethics and try to plan and make decisions based around this information....
