RE: Management Behavior

I would first like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your hard work and commitment to the Company. As you know we are in the final stages of completing the merger between InterClean, Inc. and EnviroTech Inc. and as managers it is important that you ensure there is a smooth transition. We would like to ensure that the information regarding the merger that is communicated to employees throughout the company is consistent and that information flows freely with little to no disruption. A failure to communicate with the employees as to what is going on not only leaves the employees without necessary information but also creates dissent. As managers it is important to make sure that your employees feel like they are very much part of the organization and give them a sense of belonging.

As managers we need to be mindful that the behaviors that are exhibited by managers have an effect on the morale of the employees which will ultimately affect productivity. The dedication of the employees will also be affected. When managers have a positive behavior it goes a long way to improve the dedication of the employees which ultimately will increase productivity. With the new direction of the company we cannot afford to fall in the area of productivity and must create a healthy work environment for all employees.

This is also a good time to remind you as managers the importance of being in compliance with all fair employment laws. These laws are designed to protect all employees from unlawful discrimination. The fair employment law states that you as managers cannot discriminate against an employee on the basis of race, color, religious creed, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, ancestry or disability.
