The key stakeholders will work together as a team to ensure that Kudler Fine Foods is a successful and profitable organization. The key stakeholders will include creditors, customers, directors, employees, shareholders, and the community. Together all the stakeholders will be affected by the actions of Kudler Fine Foods. The creditors will rely on the store idea to be successful top ensure profit from interest on loans. Customers will rely on a high quality of inventory and products. Employees will rely on the success of the company to ensure job stability and competitive wages. Shareholders will rely on the investment they made in the company and will be watching for a profitable return on their investments. The community will look to Kudler Fine Foods to meet their product needs at reasonable rates. The community will also look at the quality of people employed and the success of the business idea. All stakeholders are key components to the success of the company. Each stakeholder has a role that is unique and defined. Together all stakeholders will collaboratively form a successful business. If one stakeholder does not successfully complete their role within the collaborative team, than the business as a whole will suffer.
