Creating a Plan

Abstract

Performance, Motivation and satisfaction are the three main ingredients that needed in business setting to make the all goals achievable.   The objective of writing this paper is to prepare a plan that would be applied in a business setting that would improve the motivation, performance and satisfaction of all teams whether it is in the school or in the business setting.   Throughout the paper, I will address   differences in motivations and   personalities and   that were discovered in the team collaboration and how each difference influences behavior.  

Team Collaboration

Satisfaction, high performance and   motivation and   are the three important ingredients needed in a   business setting; we cannot have one without the other.   There are numerous reasons why a team may not show these attributes.   It is a known fact; people   grow closer as a team because they are open to new views and ideas.  

In every classroom or work place setting, there are people from various ways of life. There are people with various cultures, different views, different circumstances, different personalities, different religious view, morals, families, interpersonal relationships and trust levels.   All these differences could affect job satisfactions motivation, and performance.   Due to these all differences the employees are capable to bring their individualized emotions, attitudes, core values and personalities.   Each team members have some weakness and strengths.
