Restaurant: Chili’s
1. - Identify primary, secondary and invisible target customers.
Primary Customers.- The adult people are the primary target customers that meet there to have an important meeting for job or for make business.
Secondary Customers.- The Young people are the secondary customers that go out with their friends to spend the day or celebrate birthdays.
Invisible.- Are the children that go with the parents to have lunch.
2. - Observing target customers
I observed the target customers was the most adult people that want to enjoy the day with their friends and family. I observed a big group of friends celebrating a birthday.
The food was very good and the service too, for that reason I think that de primary and the first customer are the adults people, the adults people I think that prefers to wait but receive an excellent food and service. The decoration and the environment are very comfortable.
3. - Identify potential problems and solutions
One problem that I identified was when are a lot of people the food are not on time and sometimes the food arrived to your table cold, because the food are ready on the chicken but the waiters are not on time on your table because are a lot of people.
4. - Does the product is in a growth segment or a growth market?
Yes, because Chili’s is a big restaurant. There are 3 in different cities in Ecuador. Chili’s has the best Mexican food and has the best service and prices.
