Abstract

Hotel industries are fastest growing industries in the world. Lot of countries in the world which economy are depends on the hotel and tourism industries. In this 21st century market there are lots of challenges for the hospitality industries in which some of them are very alarming for the hospitality industries in the coming days. Among them the two major problems are Security and Global Financial or Economical problem. This paper will give the idea about that problem and to minimize the problem.

Security is easy to pronounce but very hard to tackle. In the global hospitality industries this problem is raising up which is not only damaging the image of the hospitality and lodging industries but also reducing their business too. Everybody guest or employee want safe environment in the hospitality industry where they can fell secured and safe inside their hotel. Every hotel first duty is to protect their guest and staff from unexpected incident.

Everybody who stays in the hotel should realize as their own house lodging environment where they can enjoy their entire stay in the hotel and can fulfill their desire too. Lot of people travel each other place with different motives and hotel have to treat them in a way that they can fell secure from inside. There is lot of incident happen in around the world which have made more concern for travelers.
