Globalization is a method of communication and integration of companies, people, and management of various countries, a process motivated by intercontinental trade and investments supported by information technology (Bera, 2004). The advancement of globalization had a sound effect on the culture, environment, political systems, prosperity and economic development and the physical well-being in civilization around the world. It is apparent that society has reached globalization, from connecting with people from the Internet for handling business. People must take into account the different cultures that the United States has and what can be considered ethical is not necessarily deemed ethical in other countries. This can make conducting global business difficult to mainstream a business deal. To make an easy transition to dealing with other countries, it would be a good idea to learn the business customs and traditions of the country he or she will be dealing with. Ethics must be global, to establish a great deal of global business, business leaders must adjust to global standards of ethical practices. Ethical issues are evident as a result of globalization, which will be discussed. In addition, comparison with ethical perceptions across cultures, and determine which risks and consequences, which are connected to the dilemma will be discussed in this paper.

Several ethical issues have become apparent to globalization such as foreign language, global bribing, and international outsourcing. Foreign language is a major barrier in producing business globally, it is necessary to make sure that there is clear communication between both sides, an interpreter may be necessary to ensure the message is apparent and reasonable to all parties involved.
