EDUCATION is imparting or acquisition of knowledge and skill. Education is accomplished through: explanation and repetition; discipline, training administered in love; personal observation; reproof and rebuke.
Teacher is also treated as the second parent of students, it shouldn’t be plain teaching of your subject matter but instead it must be a teaching with interest for the students to learn and apply what you have to teach them, aside from you subject but also from the counsels that they must have, that they do not encounter to communicate in their family or at home. Teaching is repetitive in a sense of various strategies but same ideas or concepts that will come out, this proves that your students truly learned and bears in their minds the concepts that you have discussed/ taught. Being a teacher is not a joke, there are lots of things to consider, requirements and other things to be done, preparation is everyday or even every class, since classes have different capabilities. Good lesson plan = organization of the discussion. I treat my learning plan or lesson plan as a key for the students to grasp the thought of the lesson. If I don’t have the key I won’t ever be able to open or unlock something locked. If my key is not suitable to the knob I will never opened it also. If my lesson plan is well prepared and appropriate to my students, my key will be like the key in the movie “matrix” a key that opens all locked doors. If you have your lesson plan that will make you how to organize your discussion and what will be the logical sequence of your lesson, you will know what will be the starting ideas that you’ll throw and what should be the next and what will be the last as your “TRANSFER”. In this way the students will seize the thought of the lesson orderly.
