Abstract

Motivateing students and everyone on the team is assighned a portion in finishing the paper work and doing all of the enrollment documents that are needed for this student to attend the school. The team preps everyone to set goals and use motivation that could help out within the project and the workplace. The workplace uses tecniquies like self motivation, external motivation, and peer motivation that the team keeps in mind while partaking in the project and reaching the goal that the workers want to achieve. Selective interaction explains a key reason why we choose particular friends, roommates, tutors, teachers, teammates, spouses, and so on—namely, because we use social interactions to maintain and verify our self -view (Swann, 1987). Selective interaction also explains why people tend to break up a relationship in which the other person sees the self differently than one sees oneself, as in divorce, meaning that the team would believe that the project is going to fail no matter how hard the team works toward the goal of the project. By marrying one person rather than another, the individual selects an interaction partner who will be a source of self-consistent feedback; and by divorcing a marriage partner, the individual might be removing a source of self-discrepant feedback. (Reeve, 2009). The goal system that is used in the process of the work done for the team can and can not be effective for the project. The effectiveness is determined on the motivation that the team maintains in the workplace and toward each other separately. For example the team sets a goal to start a project that would help the students get enrolled and have a guaranteed back enrollment payments that let them stay in school no matter what their life background is like, every part of the project starts out good but then the team stops motivating each other so the project...
