Apple Inc., To Invest or Not To Invest?

There is nearly, endless information available online and studies done to record all aspects of Apple Inc. I would venture to say there is almost an information overload. As a mutual funds manager, deciding whether to invest in this company or not will definitely be an informed decision.

Apple Inc. has created and spearheaded a mountain of products dating back to 1976. Apple Inc. was created by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne (Wikipedia.com). Initially incorporated as a computer company they later dropped the word computer from their name to acknowledge their ongoing technological ventures to include but not limit themselves to making computers (Wikipedia.com).

These three gentlemen were able to create a product that would have not only domestic interest but foreign interest as well which has afforded them the opportunity to make money all over the world.

One of many companies born out of entrepreneurship; Apple Inc. has made a hefty impact and contribution to the world of technology. Not to be outdone by the competition, Apple Inc. has remained at the top of their game for many years. People line up and camp outside of computer stores waiting to be one of the first to get their hands on the next new gadget. I remember when my children wanted an iPod for Christmas several years ago. I have always been sort of anti-technology but my children grew up in this age so naturally, they could not live without it. I had to make a way to get it for them and when I finally bought the device I found myself drawn to it. I must have danced around with that iPod more than they did. The majority of my apprehension stemmed from being ignorant. I have always been intimidated by some of the new technologies that have come along. I did not understand what the fascination was. I still, at times, do not get why they cannot live without these things. After all, we did.
