Kudler recently restructured the company’s organizational strategy and is making a concerted effort to provide its customers with the highest quality and level of service.

Kudler’s goal and objective is to provide its customers with the finest products, excellent service, and an unparalleled shopping experience and environment. To achieve these objectives, maintain its current success, and remain viable Kudler must create an environment, which motivates and challenges employees. Kudler must also ensure its current infrastructure and new compensation strategy aligns with the industry, thereby allowing the company a competitive advantage.
