Bethenny Frankel, named “the most well-known entrepreneur on television”, graces the cover of Forbes magazine this month. She is best known for her claim to fame on Bravos hit TV show The Real Housewives of New York and her latest installment Bethenny Ever After, is now one of the most respected business women in the country. Bethenny’s sale of her Skinnygirl Margarita, a low calorie more healthy version of the regular Margarita, which she says “is the perfect drink for the health-conscious woman who still wants to have fun” has increased her net worth by a reported $100 million dollars. Bethenny Frankel proves with the sale of Skinnygirl Margarita that she most definitely has that special kind of human skill called entrepreneurial ability.

In a magazine article published on the internet written by Forbes magazine titled, Can Bethenny Crack A Billion? , the article discusses the high points of her entrepreneurial ability. Although Bethenny is considered a celebrity, and was listed at No. 42 on this year’s Forbes Celebrity 100 list, you can’t discredit her entrepreneurial skills that built her brand and produced Skinnygirl Margarita. Bethanny has always been a person with an idea which she feels has the potential to be profit making, as talked about in her book, “A Place of Yes”, published shortly before the sale of Skinnygirl was made public.
