Letter to Check Writting Company

Dear ------

I am writing you today in an effort to hopefully resolve issues revolving around my current checking accounts from----- -- --------, possibly -, and -------. --------.

I am required to travel for my university, seeing how there is a numerous establishments that use your service, by no means do I ever wish to be on your list to where I cannot write a check.

I am aware that there have been several overdrafts since some of my accounts were opened. This was never my intention. When I am out of town, I have made every effort possible to get a deposit made to cover anything that I have written.

When we first went there they offered all of us an option of opening an account with them. It was my understanding that this would be billed out for payments much like a credit card is.

Within a few days I get a notice at one of my banks that I’m overdrawn again. I’ve never argued about paying the fees attached to the overdraws. I just accepted it as my mistake and paid them and went on.

My point here, was not to write a book, but to ask you what is the best way for me to take care of this, so (unless I already have) I don’t lose my good standing with you.

I am big enough to admit I made these errors and should not have placed my responsibility into someone else’s hands.

I am in school right now and will not be out until 6pm. This is a make-up for the 4th. I kindly ask you to please provide me with some help for me to be able to resolve this matter.
