The concept of organizational culture remains new; it is a culture which is vastly growing within management in all organizations around the world today. An example would be an organization or business industry, having a culture which encourages innovativeness and adaptability that will support there performances.

“Values can be defined as those things that are important to or valued by someone.” (The Character of Values and Ethics, retrieved, July 6, 2011) A firm or organization company culture can attract or repel those whom you need the most to build a prosperous business. Your firm or organization should be about your employees, customers, suppliers, lenders, and the business inventors. Your business or organization culture has a large success when it attracts or brings the most talented employees and the profitable customers to your business.

A firm or organization has to create a culture for its business, which about cultivating passion in its employees. It is almost always that the personalities and values of the founders, owners and general managers that determines the firm or organization culture. A firm or organization has to align its culture with the type of work its does as a business. Cultures that are right in one context can be disastrous in another. Having a strong culture will help any firm or organization to work like a well operated machine cruising along with outstanding execution and with minor tweaking of existing procedures here and there.

Negative performance of a firm can be leadership and there inability to analyze and evaluate the firm or organizational cultures.
