Subject: Why Rocky Mountain should keep the fitness center open?

There has been some discussion in closing the fitness center in Rocky Mountain. As we begin to look at the cost for medical care in the company among employees, there has a significant drop since the fitness center opened. With this drop in medical care cost it saves the company a lot of money each year when employees become aware of the physical health. There are at least 65% of personnel who actually come to the gym every day. Within that 65%, there are some who come to the gym 3-4 times a week and then there are some who only come 1-2 times a week. We need to look at this because the company is saving thousands of dollars every month because workers are not staying home as much and they’re going to the gym.

I know it may not seem like it’s much to you but to the average employee who works for us it means a lot to them. This shows them that someone really cares about them and their life as a...
