I would have to say that the most important amendment to me would have to be The Fifth Amendment. My least important amendment would have to be The Fifteenth Amendment the right to vote. The Amendment that I think would be most important if I got arrested for a false reason would be The Fourth Amendment which is search and seizure. The reason that I think these amendments are or are not important to me will be explained in the following paragraphs.

The amendment that is most important to me of all of the amendments is Amendment V. This amendment is important because it gives us the right to be trailed by our peers and it will help those of us who are wrongfully accused. This amendment prevents us from being charged with the same charge twice, and we cannot be accused of something we did not do if we did not do the crime.

The amendment that is least important to me would have to be the right to vote which is Amendment XV. The reason this is not important to me is because I think it is good that as Americans we have the right, but it should be his or her own choice. I do not think we need an amendment for that. Voting should be something that is done without the rules of our government telling us what to do about it.

Amendment IV would have to be the most important if I got arrested. The reason I think this is important is because it saves us from having our personal belongings take away without probable cause. If I got in trouble it would most likely be for something I did not do. I try to follow the law to Tee.

The amendment that is would be most important if I got arrested would be Amendment IV. This amendment can prevent me for losing my things. The amendment that is least important to me is it the right to vote amendment which is Amendment XV.
