Adjusting to Terrorism

One of the major threats to society globally is terrorism. Within the criminal justice agency there are particular operations that are carried out in order to accordance with the agencies’ objectives, goals and policies. These structures are fundamentally created to ensure that the criminal justice agencies are conditioned and prepared for any form of terrorism attack. The purpose of this paper is to fully explore the positive and negative, identify the resources and the management support that change can effective if it were implemented by the criminal justice agencies.

Terrorism is conditioned by several causes such as religious, ethnical or even political. Terrorism requires skills, management logistics, and technological knowledge which is usually funded through smuggles of weapons, money laundering, political corruption even upper classes that provide leadership to terrorist movements. Since terrorism is so structured it maintains hierarchical that has allowed terrorists to establish various relationships such as collaborating with international groups from around the world, establish political relationships become a person of influence and very powerful to the point that they are able to engage with the people from the high level of American society.

 Being a patron-organization has given terrorism the ability to manifest itself into a global problem such as being a threat to all nations, jeopardizing our border security internationally and nationally. By being a national security problem it demands constant attention that not even the legal system nor law officials have the inability to pin point the size and scope of terrorism accurately therefore allowing their activities to affect the development of our societies worldwide.
