A Brief Anaylsis of Individual Behavior

A brief analysis of individual dimensions of behavior (DISC Profile).

I am predominately a dominance style. I am Ds, which is known to be The Producer. As stated in the DISC profile, the producer is less guarded and less direct than most other dominance styles. The profile also states the truth when it says that I am more motivated when I have accomplished bigger and better goals.

A summary of your predominate behavior style.

My dominance style contains the need to control and achieve. The style also is fast-paced, task-oriented, and work quickly and impressively by one’s self. Just as the DISC states I am comfortable when I have control of situations around me. I have known to be the go-getter in the family. As stated in the DISC D styles are goal-oriented go-getters who are most comfortable when they are in charge. I find this to be extremely true. The results also states that my predominate behavior style finds it easier to beg forgiveness than ask permission, well I can’t agree with this, because begging is something I would never do.

I agree with the assessment; however there is one thing that I would have to disagree with as well. For instance not being a poor listener. I love to listen to others; I believe that listening is the key element to success.
