FULL-TIME BOOKKEEPING & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, pro-active bookkeeping and administrative assistant to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Our company has been in business for over 15 years and is growing. The right applicant will have the opportunity for upward movement as we continue to grow as a company. You must be self motivated, organized, resourceful, have great communication/interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Three or more years QuickBooks experience, Account reconciliation, AP, AR and Payroll is required

• Bachelors Degree is preferred, but is not required

• Establish, organize, and maintain various files and records

• Answer the phones, send handwritten mail, and/or respond via email correspondence as needed

• Strong customer service orientation and creative problem solving skills

• Work in a deadline-driven, fast paced, team environment

• Excellent verbal, written and math skills

• Able to handle information confidentially and to act with discretion

• Ability to work independently

• Fulfill additional duties as needed

• Experience in the manufacturing industry...
