Hybrid Theory/Philosophy that combines common elements of Case, Kouzes, and Drucker

In Case’s video, he discusses the 3 P’s, People, Passion and Perseverance. Kouzes discusses 5 practices of leadership and Drucker talks about strategies of entrepreneurs, which includes “Fustest with the Mostest”. All of these men have some common elements when it comes down to being a leader and entrepreneur.

My hybrid theory would be called “The Greatness of Entrepreneurship”. My theory would focus on the entrepreneur leader being able to adapt the ever changing world. Part of my theory focuses on having the right people to carry out your vision with you. You need people who are dedicated to you and your company. I would motivate these employees with a rewards and recognition program for their dedication to the company and time spent fostering ideas about being a leader. Another part of my theory would be living up to be the greatest leader in the entrepreneur world. I would venture into areas that haven’t been explored with passion and I would not give up, which is what Case discussed in his video, perseverance. When you keep going at something you achieve the end goal and you have success no matter how long it takes. You also have to task some big risk when being a great leader and entrepreneur, some of these risks may fail, but with “The Greatness of Entrepreneurship” theory, these failed risks would be visited again and analyzed to see how they can be made into successes, which leads into the last area of my theory, the passion for success. When you have a vision for something big, such as owning your own company, you will do everything to make it succeed.

In today’s world, everything changes so fast, which includes technology, financial aspects and even people. To be a great leader you have to adapt to all of the changes as they come and embrace them...
