G-Bio Sport is a company selling health care enhancements. Prior to sending a product out G-BioSport was not required to meet approval from the Federal Drug Administration (FDA). The manager from quality control needs to identify the development development solutions to save the company, and identify the problems.

G-BioSport have stumble upon a serious problem. They have just discovered that there are traces of contaminant in the sample that they have received. The question at hand is to warn and give the consumers information to provide them about the contaminant. We need to publish this information broadly about risk for specific groups of people in the area, plus offer to replace the tainted products or refund the purchase price.

I first addressed the contaminate products

and also I have decided to provide the consumers with information on the increased risk to allow them to make informed choices. Consumers have the right to know about the risk that they’re taking. We don’t always think like the consumers, so therefore we don’t always get the same results as the consumers. We have to remind ourselves that the consumers keep us in business by purchasing our products. Release or publish information on increased risk, and allow the consumers to make their own choices. Company values are embody. We will not sell products that don’t meet U.S. safety requirements in a foreign market with lower safety restrictions. For now on, I’ll apply all U.S. safety standards or none at all. All Consumers have the right to know about the safety standards are for each product that meets its stated purpose and the right to have industry wide safety standards to be based on input from members of the industry.
