Introduction:

This research proposal is primarily focused to investigate the practicability / feasibility for internationalization or global expansion of multinational company by setting up their new manufacturing plant in new country. This research is all about the exploring various research methods and approaches for the new market or global expansion and its followed by detailed feasibility studies, analysis & theories, which helps the organization to identify the practicability / possibility and opportunities / threats which were exist in the new market / country, where the organization prefers to set the new manufacturing plant in order to benefit cost effective method of product manufacturing to make the successful multinational organization and maximize profitability and goodwill in the international market among the various competitors in new environment.

Aim of the Research:

This research aim is all about to win leading market position and achieve global expansion by investing the feasibility of setting new plant in country.

Research Objectives:

• To critically investigate new locality cultural changes, new market structure and external environmental analysis of new location (i.e. country) where manufacturing plant is decided to set up

• To clearly plan for the well effective strategy to challenge and meet the threats and opportunities arise in new environment

• To critically scan the factors such as government policies, laws, trade regulation, subsidies, license procedure, population, socialization and etc.

• To identify the competitor potential and customer needs and requirements

• To critically identify and analyze the chosen plant location’s “specific diversity” to yield innovative marketing strategy to successfully engaged in global market.
