However, we are finally suffering the consequences of the aggressive exploitations of nature with purpose of developing. Global warming has become one of the most serious problems human beings are facing to now. It creates a series of problems which including some negative impact on our company. This proposal aims at evaluating possible approaches to resolves these social and economic problems caused by global warming.

2. BACKGROUND

2.1. What Global Warming Bring to Us

The ice cap on Mount Kilimanjaro (Africa’s highest mountain) has only 27 glaciers, versus 150 in 1910 (Thompson L, 2010) and may be gone in 20 years. The sea level increase year by year with the melting ice water from icebergs in the South Pole will inundate cities in low altitude. According to the research, in 2050, the Asian people will face the problem of scarcity of fresh water due to the increase of sea level (Thompson L, 2010).

2.2. Causes of Global Warming

There are many factors contributing to the phenomenon of global warming. One is electrical pollution, such as the using of lights, TVs, fridges and air- conditioning. Because all these electric apparatus contain inside the ozone depleting substances (ODS). Besides, it is a vicious cycle, electrical pollution leading to global warming which in return damages the environment. Here we concentrate on the discussion about air-conditioning making global warming worse because ODS it contains will add warming "greenhouse" gases to the atmosphere.

2.3. What Governments Have Done

With the worsening of global warming, various nations of the world start to unveil some fresh policies to forbid chlorofluorocarbon including ODS to reduce greenhouse gas emissions
