(The term NANDAN MEGA SHOP, NANDAN PARK, GMG AIRLINES and between the PARTIES shall mean and include their representatives, administrators, executors, successors – in – office, nominees etc.)

It is hereby agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows:

A. VALIDITY

This agreement will be valid from ……………………… till …………, 20…..

B. JOINT PROMOTION PROPOSAL WITH NANDAN & GMG AIRLINES

1. GMG AIRLINES will issue AWARD VOUCHER to its travel agents as per GMG AIRLINES promotion plan. The AWARD VOUCHER can be redeemed at all outlets of NANDAN MEGASHOP & NANDAN PARK. The promotion will be valid for period of six months from ……….. to ………., however redemption of the award vouchers will be valid at the above outlets will ………………………..

2. Nandan Park may allow a billboard 30 feet by 20 feet within the premises of Nandan Park for a year and the designing and fixing work can taken care of by GMG AIRLINES

3. GMG AIRLINES can offer complimentary air ticket to Nandan Group.
