Communicator Strategy:

*General- I would be updating management on the actual changed that will be taking place to increase customer base.

*Action- Telling my employees that I would be signing with 20 new clients each month.

*Communication- As a result of reading this memo, our company will be signing the contract to employ 20 new clients each month for the next 6 months. It will help us to meet business needs and will help us accomplish our department goal each month.

Audience Strategy:

Since I am dealing with a mixed audience of both men and women of different age and of different ages and of different backgrounds, I want for my goal to be able to achieve and maintain vision for the overall business success use a visual model to demonstrate clearly how adding more clients each month will benefit us. The top priority for my message is to make sure I address any second language issues or any emotions they may feel about this. I will be addressing what they know and seeing their personal opinions about this. The key audiences would be corporate, management groups, project managers and of course all employees and team members.

Message Strategy:

I would choose the direct approach because I would want the company to know upfront what my main point is. I would not hesitate or use hints to say what I have to say because it delays the whole process. If my audience knows the conclusion first about adding clients each month, then it makes it easier for them to comprehend and follow my ideas. It also saves a lot of time by having the audience focus directly on the issue at hand, leaving more time for questions at the end of the meeting.

Channel Choice Strategy:

My channel choice would be providing a hard copy, email, as well as a face to face meeting/discussion about the new process to ensure that all employees understood what was happening and that nothing was misinterpreted.
