1. Introduction and Background of Research:

In this 21st century the world mostly rely on information which can be spread out only through the channels of communication. Each and every company, workplace, home, hospital, institution etc requires communication in order to transfer information. Channel of communication is the transfer of messages and information from one person to other and from one place to other place. It is the necessity, so is the most crucial medium for everybody. So for this reason the organisation should try to maintain an effective internal communication within the organisation to achieve its objectives. There are different types of communication channel, as in the organisation it can flows from the upper to lower level and lower to upper level. The organisation mainly relies more on information and undertake regular transformation.

This research is about investigating how the channels of communication within the employees can be improved in a multinational organisation. The main target of this research is to find out the ways in which the communication can be effective within the employees. Organisational objectives cannot be obtained unless communication is transferred from all level. Good communication between the employees is very necessary to maximise the productivity, performance and output as employees plays vital role in the organisation’s reputation.

2.1 Aims of the Research:

The main aim of this research is to ‘Investigate how the channels of communication with the employees might be improved in a multinational organisation’.
