The background of Kava is a significant island country in the South Pacific. The people of Kava is an ethnic mix of indigenous south Pacific tribes, Asian (Chinese primarily), African, French, Spanish, and Americans (University of Phoenix. ( 2006). The population is under 15 and, the religions are indigenous 50%, the remainder is Christian, Buddhist, and Islamic (University of Phoenix. ( 2006). The languages spoken consist of numerous indigenous as well as English, Spanish, and French (University of Phoenix. ( 2006). Chances of natural disasters include tsunamis, hurricanes, tornadoes’, floods, fires, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, which can crumble the infrastructure of many buildings and homes (University of Phoenix. ( 2006). There are also man-made disasters that can happen, such as terrorism from within and outside of the country, and also oil spills (University of Phoenix. ( 2006). Some health issues that are a growing concern are HIV/AIDS and avian flu. Kava’s economy consists of a vast supply of petroleum, coffee, cocoa, spices, bananas, tourism, fishing, and natural gas, and inexpensive, quality labor (University of Phoenix. ( 2006).

MWR (Morale, welfare, and recreation), develops, manufacture, and supports various recreational entertainment as well as networking and communication. MWR has a mission is to lookout for the morale and welfare of the people but also to provide the best recreational services we can. We want to help Kava to grow their make their presence known for its beauty so as to grow the tourism industry.
