Organizational Culture is a group of different behaviors. The different behaviors are an assortment of experiences, values, assumptions and philosophy’s that hold together the inside workings of future experiences based on beliefs, expressed customs, and shared attitudes that the company will develop over time. Under organizational culture there is a subculture called corporate culture. Corporate culture has four different meanings. One would be the way an organization would explain and operate its business and treat employees, community and customers. Second would be the extent of freedom which it allows people to develop decision making skills and developing new ideas for the company. Third is how the power is distributed through the company, and lastly is the strength of the employees.

Organizational Culture is the idea of a specific group that control the way others interact with the stakeholders outside the company. Everyone is working toward the same goal of making the company bigger and better and Organizational Culture is the collection of that idea.

Organizational Behavior is how individuals act in a group of an organization. The purpose of Organizational Behavior is to make a better working environment for the employees in the organization. It is the study of how the employees work together in a group so they can become more efficient and effective as a group in a working environment.

Diversity is a mixture of different things, weather it is gender, race, age, disability all the way down to any range of different things. Diversity is just a range of different items, and can be any type of different items. The most common when talked about with diversity in the workplace is discrimination against race and disability. It used to be that companies would only hire physically able people to do a job, and only whites.
