For these reasons explained above, I will discuss some benefits and concerns that organizations can realize by connecting their employees with wireless mobile devices. The benefits are as follows:

They do not have to spend time recording or uploading data to the network or travel back to the home office to connect physically to the network. This will also increase employees productivity because any time that is supposed to be wasted will be devoted to achieving end result which the employee is working toward such as providing client solutions or responding to an internal business request.
