This module aims to further develop the skills, knowledge and competencies of the learner in Rooms Division and Bar.

Learning Outcomes: On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to 1. Apply the concepts of hospitality and quality service through effective communication, team management, interpersonal and customer care skills at supervisory level 2. Demonstrate the principles associated with cellar management and stock control systems 3. Competently perform and understand a broad range of Beverage Service and preparation techniques 4. Demonstrate an ability to organise and carry out servicing of guest rooms and public areas to the standards required by a commercial accommodation establishment 5. Create registration and guest accounting tasks in the Front Office using the Property Management System - Opera with related theory skills.
