|Present level of educational performance: Karen’s receptive vocabulary is quite good. She can point to a picture or words to |

|depict an object, event or description when given an array of pictures or words from a story. She has difficulty finding words |

|verbally however. She has difficulty assembling words beyond the most basic sentences. Her articulation is slow and labored. |

|Annual Goal: When asked questions about a story, Karen will verbally speak five or six word sentences using prepositions and |

|adjectives with 90% accuracy as recorded by the teacher or speech language pathologist (SPL) without any visual prompts. |
