|depict an object, event or description when given an array of pictures or words from a story. She has difficulty finding words |

|verbally however. She has difficulty assembling words beyond the most basic sentences. Her articulation is slow and labored. |

|Annual Goal: When asked questions about a story, Karen will verbally speak five or six word sentences using prepositions and |

|adjectives with 90% accuracy as recorded by the teacher or speech language pathologist (SPL) without any visual prompts. |

|Short-term objective: In 8 weeks, when asked questions about a story, Karen will assemble three or four word sentence answers which|

|include prepositions (such as “in”, “with”, “over”) following the subject-verb-object form with 80% accuracy with two or fewer |
