Abstract: Financial crisis is double-bladed sword, especially for prospective international students for the domestic is a good opportunity. After the financial crisis, many Irish universities tighten fiscal revenue, to ease the crisis, and visa department and the University of Ireland began to hold together, Chinese students will be doubly popular in 2009.

摘要：金融危机是一柄双刃剑，尤其是对国内的准留学生们来说不失为一个好机会。金融危机后，很多爱尔兰大学财政收入缩紧，为缓解危机，爱尔兰大学和签证部门开始抱团取暖，在2009年将对中国学生倍加青睐。
