INTRODUCTION

This case study is about the company's marketing department ,consist of 10 people that specializes in marketing strategies. They are assign to develop long-term strategies for their unit, also maintain excellent customer service with clients and to build future business opportunities. Moreover, they help clients at various location to develop marketing campaigns to improve their business presence , performance via the internet.

In which , the marketing department face a situation that they have 10 people to focus on developing long-term strategies but many of the administrative aspects has no one to handle the tasks. Example like tracking accounts payable from clients and handling accounts payable to their service provider etc. And the marketing associates needs to take turns to handle the tasks which should be an administrative personell job.

The solution is to create a new job , in order to allow the 10 marketing associates to focus on the strategies issues in the unit. So this essay would explain what job should be create and why, also stating different approach for the company to use on their employees so that to allow them achieve efficiency and boost their motivation. The steps would be all explain in the entire essay, solutions will also be shown.

At the end of the case study, I would gather all informations to answer all aspects of the questions asked. And would be able to create a suitable position for the department and solve their problems. Basically, being able to understand that each job is unique and adds to differents way.
