Communication involves words through talking, it’s not only about the production and exchange the meaning but also the relationship and behaviour of a particular person was. (John Fiske, 2002, p2) This included Verbal communication and Non-verbal communication, which is diction and emotion for verbal and paralanguage and kinesics for non-verbal. Words alone have no meaning, only people can put meaning into words. As meaning is assigned to words, language develops, which leads to the development of speaking. Through speaking we try to eliminate this misunderstanding, but sometimes this is a very hard thing to do. Two presenters I choose are from The Vampire Diaries by L.J.Smith, Katherine Pierce (Katherine Petrova) and Elena Gilbert play role by Nina Dobrev. Which Katherine revealed to be a vampire with a cold and calculating personality. She was playful and knew how to have fun, but selfish and unworthy of love and forgiveness. Katherine is very vain and narcissistic about her looks, and has no problem using her sexuality and her beauty to get what she wants. Elena is the 17-year-old high school girl and the spitting image of Katherine Pierce. She is a kind hearted girl and would do anything for her friends and family. She was a protective, responsible and confident, popular. However, Elena also be feisty and stubborn at times.
