People smoke cigarette smoke around the world, anywhere and anytime. Cigarette smokes contain tobacco and nicotine, which are likely to drugs. Smoking is the act or habit of smoking cigarettes, cigars or a pipe. Tobacco is a plant that grows natively in North and South America. It is in the same family as the potato, pepper and the poisonous nightshade, a very deadly plant, the seed of a tobacco plant is very small and tobacco believed to be a cure-all, and used to dress wounds, as well as a painkiller. People may disagree on banning smoking in public places because smoking cigarette smokes does not harm anyone of people thinking and infringe on private right. Smoking should banned in public places because smoking is bad for health, pollute the environment and finance problem.

The number of people smoke cigarette smokes is mostly in teenager life compared to adultery life. This is because of a teenager is very keen to a new environment of a new step to become an adult. Teenagers tend to try new things out when they reach puberty and mixing up with different manners with friends. A person now thinks that smoking cigarette smoke does not harm anyone. As the results, they do harm people not physically but slowly kills the victim such as non-smokers.

Moreover, smokers infringe on private rights. This is because every human have their own right on smoking cigarette smoke. They do not want to be control by the government laws. It is because they want to be free on their activities they did such as smoking anywhere they like. They would not like when government gave them any warning and fined when they are caught smoking in public places.
