Group B Section 2:

Strengths:

• We are the only team that manufactures a sports car giving us an advantage to a certain demographic of prospective customers.

o Overall, the sports car market sells has only 141,000 of the total 4,670,000 vehicles sold since we are the only manufacturer of this vehicle class all the sales benefit our company directly.

• Our technological capabilities are #1 in the Industry.

o The consumption this is 67.5% which gives us a stronghold on this particular market.

• We have the largest market share in luxury vehicles at 59%. The next closest in competition has 41%

o Since our luxury vehicles are considered to be of the highest quality it gives our company the upper hand over other companies. This allows us to invest more into keeping our top position in the market as well as continue to push the envelope for further improvements and advancemans in our vehicles.

• Our target market is geared towards a certain class of people who have the money to spend on high quality vehicles.

o Viewing our consumer Segment Report, between the high income and Enterprises divisions our company receives 50.5% of the business produced between the two segments.

Weaknesses:

• We occupy the smallest market share of family vehicles.

o The Boffo car occupies only 2.15 of the family car market.

• All of our vehicles are the most expensive, forcing us to target customers who are in the upper echelon financially. Additionally, sales for high income and enterprises are the lowest overall.

o We sell the lowest estimated units between 20-40 (000’s) at around $50,000-76,000. This is because our most important attribute is styling.

• We have the smallest factory thus lowering our capacity to manufacture more vehicles.
