Malcolm Gladwell repeatedly mentions the "10,000-Hour Rule", claiming that the key to success in any field is by practicing a specific task for a total of around 10,000 hours i partially agree with his theory because i do feel that in order to become successful in any particular field practice is required. In my eyes Robyn Rihanna Fenty is extremely successful in several ways she is successful in the music industry and also successful in her home country. I admire her as an independent individual that has over come several obstacles which is my direct definition of a successful person. Rihanna however has not become successful over night she had to practice for several hours perhaps even 10,000 hours as Malcolm Gladwell claims is the key to having success. I agree with Gladwell, the key to success is practice and commitment to putting in the hours in order to excel in any field that will transform you into a bonafide successful person.

Robyn Rihanna Fenty better known as simply Rihanna was born on February 20, 1988. She is a Barbadian R&B recording artist. Rihanna grew up in a rocky household with her parents Monica Braithwaite and Ronald Fenty .Rihanna is the eldest of three siblings, she has two younger brothers from the same two parents, Rorrey and Rajad Fenty.She also has two half-sisters and a half-brother from her father's side, each born by different mothers before Rihanna's father married her mother. During Rihannas parents marriage she suffered from excruciating headaches due to the stress of living in an unsettling broken home. Rihanna was deeply affected by her fathers cocaine addiction and was also affected by her father abusing her mother by beating her. Fortunately Rihannas parents divorced when she was 14 and she began to live a happier life since she no longer suffered from excruciating headaches.
